Oracle Warehouse Systems Analysis Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Warehouse Systems Analysis Expert to lead the analysis, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle warehouse and supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle WMS/SCM modules and play a key role in aligning warehouse operations with system capabilities to drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze warehouse business processes and translate them into Oracle system solutions.
• Configure and optimize Oracle WMS / SCM modules to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and process re-engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage data integrity, inventory controls, and compliance standards.
• Conduct system testing (SIT & UAT) and oversee successful deployment.
• Provide advanced reporting and operational dashboards to management.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide expert-level resolution.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle WMS or Oracle SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Knowledge of integrations with ERP and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
