Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • North Carolina Dental License (Or ability to obtain NC dental licensure)
  • Graduate of ADA Recognized Oral Surgery Residency Program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible In Oral Surgery
  • Proven proficiency in dental implants, third molar extraction, and sedation techniques
  • Primary interest is in dental implants and traditional, office-based oral surgery
  • Committed to a non-corporate practice environment
  • Willing to be involved in the community and participate in local dental professional organizations
  • Motivated to provide high-quality treatment and excellent customer service
  • Willing to consider a partnership opportunity
  • Willing to meet, respect, encourage and educate our referring doctors
  • Desire to become an integral part of a cohesive and friendly team
  • Opportunity for additional hospital-based care, including Orthognathic Surgery

Preferred But Not Required:
2-5 years of Oral Surgery experience in a private practice

With two North Carolina offices in Monroe and Mint Hill, services provided by our practice include dental implants, third molar extraction, dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, sedation and on-site anesthesia, and oral pathology. We offer the opportunity to fully utilize your oral surgery training and experience in a busy practice that is poised for immediate additional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $350,000.00 per year
