What You’ll Do

• Partner with oral surgeons to deliver seamless support during procedures by preparing and providing instruments and materials.
• Ensure patient comfort by explaining procedures, answering questions, and creating a welcoming experience.
• Capture and develop high-quality X-rays while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Keep dental equipment sterilized and ready to support efficient operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, and patient flow management.
• Leverage dental software to manage and update patient information effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on dental terminology, anatomy, and best practices to provide informed, high-quality assistance.

What We’re Looking For

• Required:
• Active Minnesota Dental Assistant License.
• Sedation or DAANCE certification.
• Preferred:
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience (training provided for motivated candidates).
• X-ray certification and familiarity with medical imaging techniques.
• Experience with dental software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and collaborate with the team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
