Oral Surgery Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a zealous and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Department of our growing Oral Surgery practice. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental field. Applicants without dental experience will not be considered. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

This role is critical to the smooth operation of our Marketing Department and the continued growth of our relationships with referring doctors. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Director in organizing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and strengthening both new and established professional partnerships.

We are a self-sustaining, multi-provider Oral Surgery practice committed to providing patients with a higher level of care in optimal settings. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient coordination of department activities
• Support the Marketing Director in organizing campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Utilize marketing analytics tools (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.) to gather and interpret data
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and marketing inventories
• Assist in organizing and attending promotional events (digital and traditional)
• Prepare and deliver monthly marketing gifts to referring offices
• Create and publish content for the company website and social media platforms
• Communicate directly with referring offices and doctors to build and maintain strong professional relationships

Required Qualifications

⚠ Minimum of 2 years of dental field experience (REQUIRED – applications without dental experience will not be considered)

• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Strong understanding of marketing principles
• Working knowledge of dental terminology and Oral Surgery procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Patient-focused mindset

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
