Oral Surgery/Dental Assistant

Heartland Oral Surgery is looking to add an experienced surgical assistant to our team! The ideal candidate must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience working as a dental or surgical assistant is required.

Responsibilities may include:

• Medical History Review
• Taking CBCT/panos
• Pre-op and Post-Op patient instruction
• Assisting during surgery
• Measuring vitals
• Setting up and breaking down operatories
• Infection control

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a dental or surgical assistant
• Positive professional attitude
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic Life Support Certification
