Job Summary

WBM International Group is looking to hire multiple experienced and motivated Order Bookers & Merchandisers to support its growing sales operations. The ideal candidates should possess strong market knowledge, excellent customer relationships, and a proven track record of working with reputable FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets, wholesalers, distributors, and markets regularly.
• Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure effective product merchandising, shelf management, and product visibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Implement promotional campaigns and in-store branding activities.
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and market visit summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company sales and merchandising standards.
• Support the achievement of overall sales and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree will be preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Order Booking, Merchandising, or FMCG Sales.
• Experience with a reputable FMCG, retail, distribution, or consumer goods company is required.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and retailer networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Own motorcycle and valid driving license preferred.
