About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and trustworthy Order Booker with hands-on experience in the nutraceutical supply and pick process. You will be the bridge between our warehouse and our retail partners. This role is not just about sales; it requires financial responsibility (cash handling) and deep knowledge of the Karachi market landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Booking: Visit pharmacies and retail outlets across Karachi to book orders for nutraceutical products.
• Supply & Pick Coordination: Manage the physical "pick" of stock from our supply chain, ensure the correct products are allocated and prepared for dispatch to retailers.
• Cash Management:
• Handle cash collections from retailers efficiently.
• Ensure the timely receiving of payments against invoices.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and retailers. Identify new potential outlets in Karachi.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile collected cash with sales invoices to ensure zero discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or OTC product.
• Market Knowledge: Must be intimately familiar with the Karachi market, including major pharmacy chains and independent medical stores.
• Financial Integrity: Proven experience in handling cash, maintaining ledgers.
• Supply Chain Know-how: Understanding of the "pick and pack" process in a nutraceutical/pharma supply setup.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to negotiate and maintain professional relationships with retailers.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a motorbike (fuel allowance provided).

• Someone who is trustworthy and has a clean track record regarding financial transactions.
• A self-starter who can plan their own route efficiently across Karachi.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
