We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Booker to manage Shopify orders, confirm orders via calls, coordinate with multiple 3PL/courier companies, and handle returns through courier portals. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical understanding of Shopify, and experience with logistics portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm customer orders through outbound phone calls
  • Process and book confirmed orders on Shopify
  • Book shipments through different 3PL / courier services using their online portals
  • Coordinate with couriers for pickup, delivery, and shipment tracking
  • Manage and process returns (RTO & customer returns) via courier portals
  • Update order, delivery, and return status accurately in Shopify or internal records
  • Handle customer queries related to order confirmation, delivery, and returns
  • Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation of orders
  • Maintain daily order and return reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate preferred
  • Prior experience with Shopify order management (preferred)
  • Experience using courier/3PL portals (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Call Courier, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Ability to handle customer calls professionally
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, portals)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
