We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Booker to manage Shopify orders, confirm orders via calls, coordinate with multiple 3PL/courier companies, and handle returns through courier portals. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical understanding of Shopify, and experience with logistics portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders through outbound phone calls
- Process and book confirmed orders on Shopify
- Book shipments through different 3PL / courier services using their online portals
- Coordinate with couriers for pickup, delivery, and shipment tracking
- Manage and process returns (RTO & customer returns) via courier portals
- Update order, delivery, and return status accurately in Shopify or internal records
- Handle customer queries related to order confirmation, delivery, and returns
- Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation of orders
- Maintain daily order and return reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate preferred
- Prior experience with Shopify order management (preferred)
- Experience using courier/3PL portals (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Call Courier, etc.) is a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, portals)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
