Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Call customers to confirm COD orders received on Shopify</li><li>Verify customer name, address, phone number, and order details</li><li>Update order status accurately in Google Sheets / Excel</li><li>Maintain organized records of confirmed, canceled, and no-response orders</li><li>Coordinate with the fulfillment/logistics team for confirmed orders</li><li>Follow calling scripts and brand communication guidelines</li><li>Handle customers politely and professionally</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Good verbal communication skills (Urdu required, basic English preferred)</li><li>Strong command of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (data entry, accuracy, organization)</li><li>Experience with Shopify is a plus</li><li>Ability to manage daily calling targets</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in address verification</li><li>Punctual, disciplined, and responsible work attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
