We are seeking a meticulous and organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team. The role involves precise order entry, maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and vendors, ensuring accurate pricing, setting due dates, tracking order status, and overseeing order fulfillment. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, exhibit strong organizational skills, communicate professionally, and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. This position is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our order processing system while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.

Upload completed client data to various delivery mechanisms.
- Manage communications with sales representatives as required.
- Ensure stakeholders are abreast of order details.
- Establish due date(s).
- Communicate with customers via email and phone.
- Use Netsuite to provide customer quotes.
- Use Monday.com to properly track orders.
- Use Box, sFTP, email, or other method of transmission required by customers to receive and return documents.
- Assist with distribution of orders and monitor delivery dates.
- Maintain knowledge of document accessibility standards.
- Must adhere to Payment Card Industry (PCI) and HIPAA security standards.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and relationship management skills.
- Excellent computer application skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Previous position requiring direct communication with customers
- Experience with Accessible Documents
EDUCATION:
