Order Entry / Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

Job Summary:
Order Entry / Customer Service Representative will be responsible for accurate and timely order processing.

Full Time Hours:
Mon-Thurs. (11am – 7pm)
Fri (9am-2pm)

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and provide verbal customer service

Process and input all customer orders & assure proper invoicing of accounts

Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, invoices, etc. in an accurate and timely manner.

Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders

Expedite and/or track any orders

Follow up with other departments if necessary, to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Handles returned merchandise and assure proper credit is given to the customer.

Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries concerning orders.

Qualifications:

Computer literate / MS Office

Customer Service Experience

Experience with data entry

Excellent Communication Skills - Written, Verbal, Interpersonal and Phone

Ability to focus on troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Carteret, NJ 07008: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
