Order Entry/Preflight - Printing, Copies, Design (Saint Louis)

The Ink Spot, Inc. is looking for a detail orientated, reliable, and self motivated order entry/preflight specialist with previous digital printing or Adobe Suite experience.

Responsibilities include processing orders through email, checking artwork for any issues, answering phones, replying to e-mails, greeting and assisting customers, and other duties as assigned.

Candidate should possess: excellent computer and clerical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, ability to work with others, multi-task, and be able to handle stressful situations.

Hours are between Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
