Order Entry Specialist

Brazill Brothers & Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned manufacturers’ representative with 75 years of industry experience, representing leading electrical, energy management, and lighting manufacturers across the Eastern United States.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Order Entry Specialist here at Brazill Brothers! This person should have exceptional organizational skills, have working knowledge of Excel, and work collaboratively in a team environment. A highly motivated, punctual and sociable professional is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of orders into various software platforms
• Become familiar with the components, supplies, and services our company represents
• Verify and compare data entered by Order Entry personnel with customer purchase orders, ensuring the accuracy and completion of all material and instructions.
• Obtain a working knowledge of various order entry programs and databases, demonstrating an ability to enter and revise data quickly and accurately.
• Track and report errors to Order Entry supervisor on a weekly basis
• Additional data entry and administrative tasks as needed, including some front desk coverage and answering phones.

• The ability to work independently with minimal direction
• The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within our organization

Compensation:

This position offers hourly compensation plus a bonus.
