We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team.

ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST

We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Chanute, KS. You will work on a fast-paced team of individuals providing customer support for all orders submitted with Bridgewood Cabinetry. This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and verifies customer and order information for accuracy
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s needs; contacting the correct internal parties, and ensuring the problem is resolved.
• Process orders promptly and efficiently to meet customer's and Bridgewood Cabinetry's current lead time.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Develop a working knowledge of all Bridgewood Cabinetry products and processes
• Communicate internally with our business office and production office for up-to-date and accurate order information
• Professionally completes phone calls and emails from customers
• Meet expectations of excellence for this position
• Performs all duties with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented approach
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in data entry and attention to detail
• Strong mathematic skills
• Ability to proficiently use a mechanical printing calculator
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Strong computer skills
• High level of professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build a positive relationship with Bridgewood Cabinetry’s customers, sales representatives, and other team members.
• Experience working in a related role preferred
• Knowledge in Excel is beneficial for this role but not required
