We’re expanding our onsite Order Entry Systems Specialist and looking for detail‑driven, curious, upbeat humans who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and want to help people see the world more clearly.

What You’ll Do

· Actively monitors daily order flow to maintain steady throughput and prevent backlog

· Partner with department leaders to identify causes of rework and resolve systemic barriers

· Contribute to the development of error-prevention tools and standards

· Learn optical terminology, products, materials, and prescription rules

· Communicate with internal teams through digital platforms

· Set hourly and daily production targets

· Maintain exceptional attention to detail

What Makes You a Great Fit

· 3+ years of experience leading teams in high volume, high accuracy production or transaction environments

· Experience with structured training, standard work, or process documentation initiatives

· Experience improving both throughput and quality at scale

· Strong computer skills, including fast and accurate typing

· Ability to manage and prioritize your workload independently

· Experience with data-driven problem solving

· A passion for learning

Relevant Backgrounds May Include

· Medical Coding or Medical Billing Operations

· Pharmacy Fulfillment or Prescription Order Entry

· Manufacturing or Healthcare Production Control

· Insurance Claims or Underwriting Operations

· Technical Support Operations

Work Location: Onsite; Green Bay, WI

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Starting wage is +$27.00 per hour, based on experience.
