CENTENNIAL EXPRESS LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Order Filler to join our fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants steady hours with opportunities to grow. As an Order Filler, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately pick and fill customer orders using pick lists or warehouse management systems
• Inspect products to confirm correct item codes, quantities, and quality before packing
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment or local delivery
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, pallets, and containers as needed
• Perform basic inventory tasks such as stock checks and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
• Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse, order picking, or logistics experience is a plus—but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a physical work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when business needs require
