Based in Madison, WI (53704), you’ll be the hub connecting orders, inventory, and deliveries. You’ll start your morning by reviewing incoming orders and updating the “Open Jobs Report,” making sure everything is current and precise. As the day moves on, you’ll coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and account management teams, keep an eye on stock levels, and clear any roadblocks so products ship on time and accurately.
Pay: $17–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Own the end-to-end order flow: from receipt through shipment and delivery follow-up.

Maintain and continuously update the “Open Jobs Report” to reflect real-time order status.

Track inventory and support replenishment to prevent stockouts and delays.

Partner cross-functionally to streamline handoffs, remove bottlenecks, and elevate the customer experience.

Respond to internal Account Managers’ questions and quickly resolve fulfillment issues.

Document order details, shipment confirmations, and exceptions with meticulous accuracy.

Join regular team huddles to review performance metrics and propose improvements.

Hands-on experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar operations role.
