Position Summary: The Order Fulfillment Specialist isresponsible for entering all commercial orders into the company ordering platform (SAGE).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate all documentation of order submission from sales
• Ensure all proper approval and documentation per order entry policy; resolve discrepancies or missing documentation
• Enter order into company ordering platform (SAGE) and work with appropriate department(s) to secure order
• Monitor order status and timely communicate updates; respond accordingly to any change requests from sales
• Maintain good communication with operations team, company’s sales teams and management
• Backup for other order fulfillment employee(s) when needed
• Other assignments as requested by management

Critical Knowledge and Skills:

• Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail are required
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good judgment and planning skills
• Interact with all levels of management
• Team player, co-operative, proactive and fast learner
• Multi-task and work independently to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently even when under pressure or time constraint
• Follow tasks through to completion
• Type 45 wpm per minute
• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a professional manner

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior HVAC knowledge and plan reading experience preferred but not required
• Prior knowledge of SAGE X3 preferred but not required
