About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join us in a flexible part-time role. This position could be ideal for a parent returning to work and wanting flexible hours, someone looking for extra part-time income, or anyone wanting meaningful flexible work with a supportive small business.

The role offers a lot of flexibility, but we are looking for someone responsible, communicative, and trustworthy — someone who takes pride in doing things properly, notices the details, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

You don’t need corporate experience — attitude, care, and reliability matter most to us.

What You’ll Be Doing Initially

• Picking and packing customer orders carefully and accurately
• Repacking items to ensure beautiful presentation and product quality
• Relabeling products when needed
• Helping maintain organization and smooth day-to-day operations

• Customer communication and support
• Providing quotations and product information
• Administrative support and coordination tasks

• Someone thorough and careful in their work
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good communication, especially around availability and updates
• Comfortable using basic software such as email and monday.com
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
