Order Fulfillment Specialist (Cannabis Production & Kitchen)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our cannabis production team. This role is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and coordinating orders for both production and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with METRC and thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill and prepare orders for production and kitchen departments with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize METRC for tracking, reporting, and maintaining compliance with state regulations
• Package, label, and organize products according to company and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with production and kitchen teams to ensure timely order completion
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with audits and cycle counts
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Experience using METRC (inventory tracking & compliance)
• REQUIRED: Previous order fulfillment experience in cannabis production and/or kitchen environment
• MUST have a cannabis production agent card or posses the ability to get one
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Knowledge of cannabis compliance regulations preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cannabis manufacturing, packaging, or kitchen operations
• Familiarity with inventory systems and production workflows
• Food handling or kitchen experience is a plus
