Order Fulfillment Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

9:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday

This management position is responsible for overseeing various types of order discrepancies. Discrepancies will vary from picking issues, Surplus Order/Repair/RMA invoicing issues, and Credit Hold. Open communication between multiple departments is imperative to properly amend orders.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise Order Fulfillment Resolution Associates.
  • Manage incoming workflow of all Surplus Problem Orders coming from the warehouse, Swisslog, and Small Parts
  • Manage incoming workflow of Repair/RMA issues
  • Manage incoming Credit Holds
  • Ensure thorough investigations into all inventory tagged as missing.
  • Resolve all discrepancies/issues regarding allocated inventory.
  • Mentor and train all new team members.
  • Promote safety, workspace organization, and cleanliness.
    • May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer literate
  • Some technical competency

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Forklift licenses (as necessary)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
  • Frequent walking.
  • Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion.
  • Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.

SALARY RANGE INFORMATION:

  • The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related-skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

SALARY RANGE:

Salary Information The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-70,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is eligible for a year end company bonus based on company goals.




Required Skills

Familiarity with OSHA standards and maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

Computer Literacy

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to work 8 hour shifts on feet
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with suppliers, staff, and customers.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and time-sensitive environment.



Required Experience

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).

Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance trends to identify inefficiencies.

Experience managing personnel, including training, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.

Engaging thoughtfully, providing feedback, and aligning the team on goals.

Managing one’s own emotions while understanding and supporting team members' feelings.
