Order & Inventory Operations Coordinator

Job description

• Ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch
• Track and reduce RTO cases with corrective actions
• Handle claims & escalations within defined SLAs
• Monitor inventory levels & product visibility
• Coordinate with logistics & sales teams for accuracy

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor's in business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1 year of experience in order/inventory operations
• Proficiency in Excel & reporting dashboards
• Excellent communication for claims and escalations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
