Position Overview
Receive and sort packages, identify/inventory contents, place product in order tole, identify and save patient settings, enter order in ERP system, pick-up and distribute orders to appropriate areas, identify and locate rush/expedite orders as needed, transfer files and update orders, process orders through 3D printer and post process.

- Download user settings into current software platforms.
- Verify settings and route to appropriate function when errors or mismatches occur.
- Stamp/sticker order form with correct information.
- Prioritize and schedule ship dates consistent with established/expected turnaround time.· Diagnose and determine product faults.
- Confirm rechargeable products meet charging specifications.· Enter necessary information into the order processing system.
- Create, file, and retrieve device history records for Hearing Instruments.· Prioritize and schedule ship dates consistent with established/expected turnaround time.·
- Communicate problems with incoming orders to the appropriate personnel.· Distribute work orders to the relevant departments.
- Post-process builds.
- Invest shells to create a negative of the shell called “investment.”
- Set up 3D printers (clean and prepare for the next batch).
- Match and sort shells/molds.
- Operate laser serial number engraving equipment.
- Disassemble hearing aids.
- Conduct DSA testing.
- Read, understand, and follow written work instructions, SOPs, etc.
- Follow verbal instructions from leaders and trainers.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures; promote a safe work environment.· Meet attendance, quality, and productivity standards.
- Work in a fast-paced, team environment, with flexibility to rotate responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity.
- Attend required training and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training.
- Perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Keep the work area clean.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
