Title: Order Management Specialist

Position Objective: NASTECH Order Management Specialist is an independent, enthusiastic, committed and globally oriented individual with excellent analytical, communication and negotiating skills, well conversant in international trade and supply chain processes that prides himself/herself on the ability to deliver high levels of service and support to the company's team.

A successful candidate should be able to:

• ensure the smooth and efficient logistics operations of the company;
• collaborate with global procurement, warehouse and logistics teams;
• make decisions in a dynamic business environment;
• work under pressure;
• prioritize customer needs according to changing business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure efficient logistics operations, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages.
• Collaborate closely with global procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Make strategic decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Effectively manage operations and perform under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prioritize and address customer needs, adapting to evolving business goals and objectives.
• Ensure all logistics activities align with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.

Must Have

• BSc in Transportation/Logistics Management or relevant area
• Minimum of 3-year work experience in Dubai, planning and implementing an organization's operations strategy in logistics and cargo movement
• Advanced knowledge of contractual terms, trade policies, customs regulations and procedures locally and internationally
• Good working knowledge of MIRSAL II and DubaiTrade services
• Having an extensive database of logistics companies and relevant service providers
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Nice to have

• CTLP/CILT certificate
• MIRSAL II certificate
• Knowledge and experience of using ERP and CRM programs
• Additional Language(s)
• Advanced level of MS Office tools
• No restrictions on travelling abroad
