Order Picker - Seasonal

Seasonal through October 2026

Position Description: The Order Picker is responsible for pulling the daily orders that ship through the parcel shipping lines at the direction of the Shipping Coordinator and Shipping Leads.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Accurately pick product quantities per picking instructions

· Picker exclusively uses RF technology to complete picking tasks

· Sorts, labels and stores picked product safely in containers or on pallets, by carrier

· Coordinates picking task completion with lead and other staff as needed

· Maintains inventory integrity while picking and making moves

· Work closely with Lead to resolve any task concerns that arise

· Must complete all tasks in the time allotted and within established accuracy standards

· Performs will call deliveries to docks and to the E-Z UP store

· Responsible for loading pallets on trucks using an electric pallet jack

Secondary Responsibilities:

· Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed

· Perform routine and assigned housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe work environment

Job Requirements:

· General knowledge and experience in Warehousing.

· Able to lift to 50 lbs. repetitively

· Electric Pallet Jack Certification is a must

· Able to communicate with co-workers and work well within a group

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively and present information. Respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, clients, vendors, and employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
