Today, we partner with leading companies such as Sharp, Konica-Minolta, HP and Dell to provide a wide range of products and services to meet our customers' diverse needs from office equipment to taking care of their entire network infrastructure.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Order Administrator, you are task with the following:
- order parts/supplies requests
- inventory management
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service skills, with friendly and professional attitude and appearance
- excellent organizational skills
- strong ability to multi-task
- ability to work independently, with and without direction
- excellent knowledge and understanding of computers
Specific Duties:
- Setup and audit inventory count
- Process supplies and parts orders
- Dispatching service Techs and answering phones
- Work with Management to implement processes
- Other misc. administrative duties
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
