Key Responsibilities
1. Order Lifecycle Management

Magento Processing:
Monitor the Magento backend throughout the shift to identify and
print new order slips
immediately.

Workflow Coordination:
Hand over printed order slips to the picking team and track the progress of item collection to ensure daily KPIs are met.

SAP Data Entry:
Accurately enter/sync Magento orders into
SAP
to ensure inventory levels are updated and financial records are created.
2. Partner & Marketplace Operations

Third-Party Orders:
Manage and process orders coming from external partners (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, or other marketplaces) ensuring they are consolidated within the Petzone ecosystem.

Communication:
Act as the point of contact for partner-related order discrepancies or delays.
3. Returns & Financial Adjustments

Refund Management:
Process customer refund requests in
Magento
following approval from the supervisor.

Credit Memos:
Generate and post
Credit Memos in both Magento and SAP
to ensure the customer is refunded and the company’s accounts/inventory remain balanced.

Discrepancy Resolution:
Investigate orders where items were missing or returned to ensure the system reflects the actual stock.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with
Magento
(E-commerce) and
SAP
(ERP) is highly preferred.

Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in data entry; a small error in SAP can lead to significant inventory or financial issues.

Process Oriented:
Ability to follow a strict workflow (Print → Handover → SAP Entry → Completion).

Language:
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong plus for communicating with localized teams or partners.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead Time:
Time taken from Magento order placement to SAP entry.

Accuracy Rate:
Percentage of orders processed without data entry errors in SAP.

Refund Turnaround:
Speed of processing credit memos once a return is authorized.
