Order Processor- evening

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders via phone and text while providing excellent customer service. Utilizing our data entry system to enter the orders accurately and efficiently and ensuring any customer special requests are communicated effectively. Hours: Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs 3:00pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and text requests while providing the highest level of customer service
• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using data entry system
• Perform basic office tasks such as filing, ensuring printer paper is full etc
• Communicate customer requests or any questions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Self motivation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
