Order Processor (Night Shift)

Shift Timing: Night Shift ( 1 PM – 12 AM)
Job Type: Full-Time

WBM is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processor for the Night Shift to manage and process daily customer orders efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily customer orders accurately
• Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams regarding order dispatch and tracking
• Update order records and maintain accurate data entry
• Monitor pending, completed, and returned orders
• Handle customer queries related to order status and delivery updates
• Ensure timely processing of orders and minimize operational delays
• Maintain proper communication with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Prepare daily reports regarding order processing activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication and computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel, order management systems, or e-commerce operations
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure during night shifts
• Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or order processing will be preferred

• Knowledge of online order systems and logistics coordination
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Team coordination and operational management skills
