Position overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable Order Selectors with proven skills operating a ride-on pallet jack. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires accuracy and efficiency to ensure all orders are correctly picked, staged, and prepared for distribution.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ride-on pallet jack to move products and materials throughout the facility

• Accurately select, palletize, and stage products based on order specifications

• Perform routine inventory checks and verify product accuracy

• Adhere to all warehouse safety and security policies

• Position may require heavy lifting and working in refrigerated or freezer environments (depending on assignment)

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a ride-on pallet jack (required)

• Experience in order selecting, warehouse, or distribution center environment

• Ability to meet performance expectations without constant supervision

• Compliance with relevant safety standards and certifications

• Must be a self-starter, able to manage time and resources effectively

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
