Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Order Taker to join our team in Gujrat. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding order details and updates.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate order records and reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a motorbike.
• Valid motorcycle driving license is required.
• Familiarity with Gujrat city routes is preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
