Order Taker Driver Thru

• Greet and assist customers professionally while accurately taking drive-thru orders.
• Promote add-on products, deals, and ongoing promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately through the POS system.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and barista teams to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Verify order details and billing accuracy before handing over orders to customers.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Respond to customer concerns, complaints, and queries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organized working conditions at the drive-thru station.
• Comply with company SOPs, food safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
• Provide operational support to branch activities during peak and rush hours as required.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
