Order Taker – Fast Food Franchise

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Order Taker for our fast food franchise located in Bahria Town, Lahore. If you have good communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately (walk-in, phone, and online orders)
• Guide customers about menu items, deals, and promotions
• Enter orders into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
• Handle cash and digital payments
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the counter

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a restaurant/fast food outlet is a plus
