Order Taker (Female)

Location: DHA Commercial Broadway Phase 8 , Lahore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Female Order Taker to join our coffee café team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders efficiently, ensuring excellent service, and coordinating with the barista and kitchen team to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Provide menu guidance and suggest upselling options
• Coordinate with barista/kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
• Serve orders to customers where required
• Handle customer queries and basic complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and service area
• Ensure proper billing and cash handling (if assigned)
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Female candidate (as per role requirement)
• Minimum Matric / Intermediate / Bachelor’s qualification preferred
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
