Position Overview
We are seeking a Order-To-Cash Operations Specialist to join a high-impact Cell Therapy operations team. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in
Order Exception Management
within SAP ERP, supporting global stakeholders and third-party distributors to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process and exceptional delivery experience for patient treatment centers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Support global
order-to-cash operations
, including market launches and cross-functional initiatives.

Monitor automated document creation (sales orders, purchase orders, intercompany orders, deliveries) in
SAP S/4HANA
and resolve exceptions.

Partner with Production Planning, Scheduling, Commercial teams, Finance, and specialty distributors to ensure
on-time delivery
.

Escalate operational issues to IT and vendor teams as needed.

Act as an
Order Management SME
for ERP implementations across manufacturing sites.

Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
, including defect tracking and resolution.

Maintain SOPs, work instructions, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Drive
process improvements
and support regulatory compliance (cGMP/GxP).

Collaborate with BI&A teams to develop reporting and analytics.

Provide weekend/holiday on-call support as required.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree with
5+ years of experience
in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA
and strong ERP knowledge.

Background in
regulated environments
(cGMP/FDA).

Experience in
Order-to-Cash processes
, including order management, invoicing, credits, and returns (Cell Therapy experience preferred).

Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office 365
(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
