Organic content supervisor

Position Overview

The Organic Content Supervisor will be responsible for driving the creation, execution, and performance of organic social media content across all platforms for Bolder Adventure Park. This role ensures that content is not only creative and on-brand, but also strategically designed to maximize engagement, reach, and community growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Organic Content Supervisor will oversee content calendars, manage platform-specific strategies, and analyze performance to optimize viewership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Strategy o Develop and execute creative, engaging, and on-brand content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

o Manage the social content calendar to align with marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and park initiatives.

o Brainstorm and implement new social-first campaigns, trends, and ideas to drive awareness and guest engagement.

  • Community Growth & Engagement

o Monitor and engage with followers, guests, and community conversations to build brand loyalty.

o Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

o Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to expand organic reach.

  • Analytics & Reporting o Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, impressions, follower growth, and video views.

o Provide insights and recommendations to increase performance and refine strategies.

o Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes and industry trends to keep content effective.

  • Collaboration & Execution

o Partner with the Marketing Manager and creative team to ensure all content supports overall marketing goals.

o Coordinate with events, operations, and guest services teams to capture and highlight park happenings.

o Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience of social media content and strategy creation (brand, agency, or attraction experience a plus).
  • Strong creative skills with a portfolio of proven social content (photo, video, and/or copy).
  • Familiarity with editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) and platform analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a hands-on approach. Success in This Role Looks Like:
