Honey Feast is a growing organic farm and local food business in Clermont, Florida. We are developing a farm that produces honey, fruit, and organic crops while building a welcoming farm stand where the community can buy real food grown directly from the land.

We are looking for a hard-working, trustworthy person who wants to help build and grow a farm, not just clock in for a job.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, likes physical work, and is interested in organic farming, permaculture, land stewardship, and growing food for the community.

You’ll be helping develop a working farm that includes fruit trees, irrigation systems, landscaping, permaculture-style planting, and a roadside farm stand serving the local community.

This is the kind of position where you can learn a lot, build real skills, and take pride in the work you leave behind.

What You'll Do

Work directly on the farm helping build and maintain the property:

• Operate tractor and mowing equipment
• Plant fruit trees, shrubs, and organic crops
• Maintain irrigation systems and watering lines
• Spread mulch and maintain landscaped areas
• Assist with light construction and farm improvement projects
• Help develop the farm stand and customer areas
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

Some days may involve construction projects, other days planting trees, improving irrigation, or working on new farm areas.

What We're Looking For

Someone who:

• Enjoys working outdoors and staying active
• Is dependable and takes pride in doing good work
• Has interest in farming, permaculture, gardening, or growing food
• Is comfortable using tools or equipment (or willing to learn)
• Has common sense and a strong work ethic

Experience with tractors, landscaping, irrigation, carpentry, or farming is helpful but not required for the right person.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
