Booyah Advertising is seeking a full-time, experienced, and communicative Organic Manager to lead and amplify our clients’ organic initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage a range of strategies, which may include on-site, off-site, and technical SEO for local, national, global, enterprise, and ecommerce sites. You’ll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to identify opportunities, craft actionable strategies, and oversee implementation. We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering measurable results and has a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for organic clients, providing expert consultation and managing expectations.
  • Develop client-specific success metrics and ensure strategies align with business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them.
  • Develop, present, and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps that are tailored to client goals.
  • Prepare and present SEO performance reports to clients, clearly communicating progress and recommendations.
  • Conduct a variety of research tasks such as keyword research, website crawls, and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities.
  • Define and track key SEO KPIs, including traffic, engagement rates, and conversion metrics, while delivering actionable insights.
  • Optimize content and the user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates (CRO).
  • Collaborate with web developers and marketing teams to prioritize, execute and implement SEO initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of technical SEO audit recommendations.
  • Oversee website migrations and ensure SEO continuity during platform changes.
  • Conduct backlink audits and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.
  • When working with others, delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback on SEO deliverables from team members.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance department productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize analytics tools to deliver in-depth performance analysis.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify gaps and opportunities in client strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement timely, effective solutions to drive results.
  • Stay informed on SEO and digital marketing trends, sharing updates and insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor emerging SEO technologies (e.g., AI tools, voice search optimization, and SERP feature trends).
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in on-site and technical SEO with proven success and measurable results.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and skilled at leveraging data to inform strategy.
  • Experienced with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.
  • Basic understanding of CMS platforms like Wordpress and Shopify.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to contribute to the growth of the Organic Media team.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and strategies, including ASO.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to showcase past SEO successes with tangible results.
  • Experience crafting and presenting data-driven SEO strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and tactics to improve page performance.
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts.
Salary
  • $55,000 – $77,500
Salary range is based on seniority, merit, education, training, and experience.
