Organic Social Media Manager & Client Account Manager | Bilingual: Arabic & English

We are looking for an experienced Organic Social Media Manager & Client Account Manager to join our Dubai office.

This role is ideal for someone who has spent at least five years working within a marketing agency environment, managing multiple client accounts, leading organic social media strategies, coordinating creative teams, and building strong client relationships.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients while ensuring the successful planning, execution, and growth of their organic social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic guidance.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, monthly reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Understand each client’s business objectives, target audience, industry landscape, and growth goals.
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Ensure all client projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Organic Social Media Management

  • Develop and oversee organic social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create monthly content plans and social media calendars aligned with client objectives.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams to develop engaging and platform-specific content.
  • Ensure content reflects each client’s brand identity, tone of voice, and business goals.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, content formats, and algorithm changes.
  • Monitor content performance and make strategic recommendations based on data and insights.
  • Implement best practices for community growth, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to identify content opportunities.
  • Review content before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
  • Provide clear creative briefs and direction to content creators, designers, videographers, and editors.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track key organic social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, profile activity, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of new social media frameworks, processes, and best practices within the agency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a marketing agency managing client accounts and organic social media campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behaviour, and social media psychology.
  • Ability to confidently lead client meetings and present strategic recommendations.
  • Experience creating content calendars and managing content production workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media management tools and reporting platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential if relevant experience is demonstrated.
