Role Description The Organization Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October. This role is responsible for assessing organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting organizational diagnostics, analyzing data, and developing recommendations on structure, roles, workflows, and change initiatives. The specialist designs and supports implementation of organizational development programs such as change management plans, performance enablement frameworks, and team effectiveness initiatives. They collaborate closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and monitor the impact of interventions. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations that translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable guidance for leaders.
