Organizational Development Specialist

Job Purpose

 

The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing organizational development initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, talent development, and employee engagement across Click Group. The position supports organizational design, performance management, competency frameworks, succession planning, and change management initiatives to ensure the organization has the right structure, talent, and capabilities to achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Organizational Development

  • Develop and maintain organizational structures aligned with business growth and operational requirements.
  • Review and update job descriptions across all functions.
  • Conduct job analysis and job evaluation exercises.
  • Support manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure organization charts are regularly updated and communicated.

Performance Management

  • Manage the annual performance management cycle.
  • Facilitate KPI development and cascading across departments.
  • Ensure alignment between individual objectives and business goals.
  • Analyze performance results and recommend improvement actions.
  • Support managers in performance calibration sessions.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks.
  • Support talent review and succession planning processes.
  • Identify high-potential employees and track development plans.
  • Design career paths for technical, sales, and support functions.

Learning & Development

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Develop annual learning and development plans.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate leadership and management development programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Manage employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Lead culture-enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction metrics.
  • Work closely with department heads to improve employee experience.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop OD dashboards and monthly reports.
  • Monitor key metrics including:
  • Turnover rate
  • Internal promotion rate
  • Performance distribution
  • Succession coverage
  • Training effectiveness
  • Employee engagement scores

Change Management

  • Support organizational transformation projects.
  • Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Facilitate adoption of new HR and business processes.
  • Assist in change impact assessments.

 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • SHRM, HRCI, or similar certification is preferred.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR Projects.
  • Experience in technology, system integration, telecom, or fast-growing organizations is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in performance management and organizational design projects.
