Organizational Development (OD) Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven OrganizationalDevelopment (OD) Specialist to join the Human Resources Departmentof a diversified group of companies operating in Saudi Arabia.The OD Specialist will play a key role in designing, developing, andimplementing strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness,foster a high-performance culture, and support business growth andtransformation across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Development
- Design and implement OD strategies,frameworks, and programs to improve organizational effectiveness andsupport change initiatives.
- Lead organizational assessments anddiagnostics to identify performance gaps, culture issues, anddevelopment opportunities.
- Facilitate structural changes andworkforce planning aligned with business strategy.
- Support mergers, acquisitions,restructuring, and other transformation efforts from an OD and changemanagement perspective.
- Develop and implement leadershipdevelopment programs, succession planning, and career pathinginitiatives.
- Conduct competency modeling and talentmapping in coordination with HR Business Partners.
- Identify high-potential employees andsupport development plans for key talent across the group.
Change Management & Culture
Develop and manage changemanagement strategies for organizational initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership toembed a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops and trainingsessions to drive engagement, cultural alignment, and leadershipeffectiveness.
Performance & Engagement
Support the implementation andcontinuous improvement of performance management systems and processes.
Lead employee engagementinitiatives and analyze survey data to provide actionable insights andrecommendations.
Track and report OD KPIs toevaluate effectiveness of programs and interventions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources,Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field(Master's preferred).
- Experience: Minimum5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development or a similar HRspecialty role, preferably in a corporate or group company environment.
- Leadership: Leadership: Strong abilityto manage the office, coordinate meeting schedules, and ensure they areorganized.
- Expertise: Experience in designing andimplementing large-scale OD initiatives and change management projects.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of modern OD tools,assessments, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Professional certification in OD, HR, orcoaching is an advantage (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, Prosci).
- Fluent in English; Arabicproficiency is a plus.
