ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a busy, exciting orthodontic practice looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Assistant to join our team. If you love working with patients of all ages and take pride in helping create confident, beautiful smiles — we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient appointments and procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient visits

• Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with safety standards

• Educate patients and families on orthodontic care and oral hygiene

• Accurately document patient records and treatment notes

• Sterilize and maintain clinical equipment and instruments

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

• Collaborate with front office staff to ensure seamless patient flow

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Dental or orthodontic clinical background strongly preferred

• X-ray certification (required or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• Previous chairside assisting or dental office experience

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology is a plus

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Orthodontic Assisting: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
