Orthodontic Assistant – Join Our Team!

Our busy, two-doctor orthodontic practice is looking for a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team!

We are a locally owned, single-location practice that has proudly served the Peoria community since 1980. Our team is passionate about creating beautiful smiles while creating an environment where patients, parents, and team members feel respected, supported, and valued.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assist orthodontists during patient appointments and treatment procedures
• Capture intraoral scans using iTero technology
• Maintain accurate electronic treatment records and documentation
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed during their visits
• Work closely with our team to keep the clinic running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using technology and digital charting systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Orthodontic assisting experience is preferred but NOT required. Our team is happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, and excited to grow in the role.

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
