Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant
Ortho 99 Plus 1 | Arlington & Beach Office Locations

Ortho 99 Plus 1 is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing private practice! This position will travel between our Arlington and Beach office locations and is guaranteed 35–40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures, including bonding and adjustments
• Take accurate dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Take impressions for study models
• Update and review patients’ medical histories at each visit
• Complete detailed clinical notes and accurately post patient services
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
• Monitor and maintain clinical inventory and supplies

Qualifications:

• Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to travel between both office locations
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
