How You’ll Create an Amazing Experience

• The "Wow" Factor: Turn a standard clinical visit into the highlight of a patient’s day through genuine warmth and empathy.
• Clinical Excellence: Assist Dr. Newman with braces and Invisalign, ensuring every procedure is comfortable, gentle, and efficient.
• Educate & Inspire: Empower patients by teaching them the "why" behind their treatment, helping them feel like partners in their journey.
• Support the Mission: Maintain a seamless clinical workflow by being a proactive, reliable, and hardworking teammate who always has their coworkers' backs.

The Details

• Pay: $21–$26per hour (One year Experience Required).
• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (Monday–Sat).
• Commitment: Two Saturday per month to accommodate our patients’ busy lives.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience required. (If you’ve had braces or Invisalign yourself, we want to hear about it!)
