Orthodontic Assistant

At Classic City Orthodontics, our focus is to increase the confidence of our patients through their smiles!

We are currently looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Our Orthodontic Assistant is responsible for assisting our Orthodontists in the delivery of excellent patient care and support duties within the practice. Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive understanding of the clinical Orthodontic process
• Assisting the doctor in performing a wide range of orthodontic procedures
• Clinical Documentation
• Scheduling appointments
• Independently managing patient flow in a clinical chair
• Sterilization Procedures
• Providing education to patients on proper oral health care with orthodontic appliances
• Promote the practice through marketing
• Other duties as assigned by Clinical Coordinator and/or Orthodontist

Minimum Qualifications:

• A coachable attitude with a team player mentality
• Proficient computer skills
• Effective interpersonal skills that build & maintain rapport with patients, parents, doctors, & other team members
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to travel to all of our office locations – Watkinsville, Athens, Winder

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year+ Orthodontic or Dental Experience
• Proficiency in Google Drive
• Proficiency in Dolphin Management
