We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team!

• Job Description: As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an essential role in assisting the orthodontist with clinical procedures and providing outstanding care to our patients. You will assist with taking x-rays, photographs, and impressions as well as adjust and tighten braces and other appliances under the direction of Dr. Pool. You will maintain patient records, ensuring all documentation is accurate in the patient’s electronic chart. You must be able to communicate effectively with patients, parents, and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental or orthodontic assisting certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Additional Information:

· 30-32 Hour work week

· Patients appointments are from 7:30am-5:30pm-Must be available during patient hours. Closed on Friday
