Orthodontic Assistant

We’re looking for an Orthodontic Assistant who is reliable, motivated, and excited to be part of a collaborative team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, combining clinical skills with meaningful patient interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas
• Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures
• Adjust braces and place wires under doctor supervision
• Take diagnostic records, including X-rays and 3D scans
• Assist with orthodontic models and retainers
• Sterilize instruments and follow all safety protocols
• Help maintain clinical equipment
• Monitor and track inventory and supplies
• Support overall office flow and cleanliness

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of dental terminology and oral anatomy (orthodontic experience preferred)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
