ABOUT US:

LEVEL ORTHODONTICS is a brand new orthodontic office that brings a fun, modern approach to orthodontic treatment in Ellicott City. We are not a corporate chain: that means no high-pressure sales, no rushed appointments, just exceptional patient care and a positive, supportive team environment!

We are less than a year old, but we are ready to bring on our next rockstar team member!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The core of our office culture is teamwork: all of our team members are used to wearing many hats, and helping out wherever is needed to make sure our patient experience is maintained at a high standard!

• Clinical Assisting – Work side-by-side with Dr. Mark during patient care
• Front Desk Duties – Greet patients, scheduling patients, and create a welcoming vibe
• Treatment Coordination – Verifying and helping patients understand their insurance benefits and treatment plans
• Start-Up Support – Help set up systems, organize supplies, and make the office your own

We’ll begin with 2-3 clinical days per week, with additional office/admin hours on non-clinical days, until we are fully ready to see patients 5 days per week. We can guarantee 16-30/week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred (But willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude)
